I. General terms and conditions
1 scope
For business relationships with our customers, the following general terms and conditions apply in the version valid at the time of the order for orders via the internet shop.
Customers are both consumers and entrepreneurs. A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for a purpose that can largely not be attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity. Entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a legal partnership that acts in the course of a legal transaction in the exercise of its commercial or independent professional activity.
2 Offer and conclusion of contract
The presentation of the products in our internet shop is not a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalog.
The subject of the contract is the sale of goods via our internet shop. After entering your personal data, successfully completing the individual order steps and clicking the corresponding button in the final step of the ordering process, you submit a binding purchase offer for the goods contained in the shopping cart. Before submitting the order, you have the option of recognizing any input errors and correcting and / or changing them using the correction function.
Confirmation of receipt of the order follows immediately after the order has been sent. This automatic confirmation of receipt only documents that we have received the order and does not constitute an order acceptance.
We are entitled to accept your order within 5 days of receipt by sending an order confirmation in writing or in text form (e.g. email) in which you are asked to pay, the processing of the order or the delivery of the goods is confirmed to you.
Deviating from this applies to consumer customers: A binding contract can also be concluded beforehand if you choose an online payment method and make the payment immediately after sending the order. In this case, the contract is concluded at the time when the relevant payment service provider confirms that the payment instruction has been carried out.
3 payment
Only the payment methods shown in the order process are accepted. The available payment methods and details of any additional costs for a payment method can be viewed in advance on the information pages of our internet shop.
4 delivery
The delivery takes place by sending the goods to the address given by the customer.

If, despite careful planning, an item is not available through no fault of your own, you will be informed by email and any consideration already paid will be reimbursed.
5 Retention of title
The delivered goods remain our property until the purchase price has been paid in full.
The following applies to entrepreneurial customers: We reserve ownership of the goods until all claims from the current business relationship have been paid in full.
6 liability for defects (warranty)
The statutory liability for defects applies.
The following applies to entrepreneurial customers: Warranty claims for defects in the goods expire one year from the transfer of risk. This does not include claims for damages, claims for defects that we maliciously concealed, and claims from a guarantee that we have assumed for the quality of the goods. The right of recourse according to § 478 BGB is also excluded. For these excluded claims, the statutory limitation periods apply.
7 transport damage
The following applies to consumer customers: Please report transport damage to the deliverer as soon as possible and contact us. The contact options can be seen in the imprint. Please note that failure to make a complaint or contact us will have no consequences for your statutory warranty rights. But they help us to be able to assert our own claims against the transport company.
The following applies to entrepreneurial customers: You must inspect the goods for accuracy, completeness and defects immediately upon receipt in accordance with § 377 HGB.
8 Choice of law and commercial place of jurisdiction
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies to the contractual relationships between us and the corporate customer. The application of the UN sales law is excluded.
The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from the contractual relationship between the customer and us is our company headquarters, provided that the customer is a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law.
9 Protection of minors
The sale of alcohol to young people under the age of 18 is prohibited. Our offer is aimed exclusively at adult customers. If you are under the age of 18, you cannot order alcoholic beverages from us. By submitting your order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. In cases of doubt, we ask for an age confirmation or use other suitable age tests (e.g. post-identification procedure)
10 weapons
All products from our range are available for sale and are not subject to registration. Articles that are marked with “proof of age” on our website (e.g. handcuffs, truncheons, knives, swords, morning stars, crossbows, bows, axes, clubs, etc.) may only be given to people over the age of 18. So that your date of birth or your age can be determined without any doubt, we need an official proof of age (copy of your ID card / passport or driver's license) when you place your first order. Make your fax light so that the proof of age is good for us is legible.
Acceptance of the order is made expressly with the reservation that the customer fulfills the requirements required for his country. If the customer fakes the wrong age by placing an order, this does not result in a contract.

If you want to buy the selected goods, you have to go through the ordering process by entering your personal data and choosing the desired shipping and payment method. You can cancel the order process at any time by closing the browser window or complete it by sending the order. You can identify any input errors in your order before submitting the order and correct it using the correction functions. The contract is concluded in accordance with section 2 of our terms and conditions (in part I. General terms and conditions).

4 Contract language
The language available for the conclusion of the contract is German.
5 delivery times
The delivery time can be found in the respective offer in our internet shop. If no information is given there, the delivery time is 5 days for national deliveries and 10 days for international deliveries. If Sundays and public holidays fall in the delivery time, the delivery time will be extended accordingly.

7 Information on alternative dispute resolution

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last goods.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
