Right of withdrawal for consumers

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither attributable to their commercial nor their independent professional activity.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

You must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not obligatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of the revocation

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs incurred if you chose a delivery method other than our cheapest standard delivery option), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received your notification of withdrawal. For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing their condition, properties and functionality.

Reasons for the non-existence and premature expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to distance selling:

• In the case of the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or specification by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
• For deliveries of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded.
• For deliveries of newspapers, magazines or illustrated magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts.
• In the case of the delivery of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon at the time of the conclusion of the contract, but which can be delivered no earlier than 30 days after the conclusion of the contract and whose current value depends on fluctuations in the market over which the entrepreneur has no influence.

The right of withdrawal in distance selling expires prematurely:

• In the case of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
• In the case of the delivery of goods, if, after delivery, they have become inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature.
• In the case of delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package, if the seal has been removed after delivery.

General information on returns

Please avoid any signs of use or damage to the goods. If possible, please return the goods with all accessories and in the original packaging. In any case, please use suitable packaging to protect against damage during transport.

Please do not return the goods freight collect, but rather as an insured package. We will gladly reimburse you for the postage costs in advance, provided they are to be borne by us.
