The small wild raspberries were used to make this wild raspberry spirit because they have a much stronger raspberry aroma than large plantation fruits.
Only the freshest, cleanest wild raspberries, free of stems and leaves, are steeped in the finest neutral alcohol. Once the wonderful aroma of the wild raspberries has infused the alcohol, it is distilled very slowly to ensure nothing is lost.
