Small wild raspberries were used for the production of this wild raspberry spirit, as they have a much stronger raspberry aroma than large plantation fruits.
Only completely fresh, clean wild raspberries, free from stems and leaves, are macerated with the best neutral alcohol. As soon as the wonderful aroma of the wild raspberry has transferred to the alcohol, it is distilled particularly slowly so that nothing is lost.
