Boudicca, the Celtic queen and military leader, also known by the names: Boudicca Boudica, Baudicea, Boadicea, Bodvica, Bonduca
Queen and military leader who led the ultimately unsuccessful Boudicca Revolt (60/61 AD) in the early years of the Roman occupation of Britain.
Due to the Romans' poor treatment of the Celtic tribes, Boudicca triggered the uprising; she went down in history as the female military leader.
With extreme brutality, they burned cities to the ground and killed all the inhabitants.
Made and cast from polyresin (artificial stone). The figure is solid, not hollow, and coated with real bronze.
