Kolovrat sun wheel pendant with Venetian chain, stainless steel

The Kolovrat is the sun symbol of Svarog, a sun wheel and the best-known, most powerful protective symbol of East Germanic mythology.

Among the East Germanic peoples (the so-called Slavs), "Svarog" (the "Wotan" of us North Germanic peoples) is the father of the gods, creator of the earth, sun, and fire, as well as a god of the sun and fertility, and his name can be found in Indo-Germanic roots.
