Five years after their debut album "Götterlieder" (Songs of the Gods), the folk metal band ODROERIR finally present their follow-up album, "Götterlieder II." And the wait has been worthwhile. The new CD features choral-like elements as well as fantastic solo passages. A large number of folk instruments were used, such as shawms, jaw harps, and the violin. The atmosphere of these instruments blends perfectly with the epic and legendary myths sung about.
With Götterlieder II, ODROERIR certainly presents the best album of their career so far, once again combining incredibly beautiful folk with hard rhythms in their own unique way.
