"Odin" Thor's Hammer stainless steel pendant with chain
"Odin" - Thor's hammer with stainless steel chain.
Thor was the son of the All-Father Odin. Symbolically, Odin's head has been depicted here on Thor's hammer.
Thor, who was the strongest of all Old Norse gods, was highly revered. As the god of storms and lightning, Thor slew trolls and man-eating giants, and ensured good harvests.
Thor, son of Odin and Jord, was gifted two sons, Magni and Modi, by his consort, the giantess Jarnsaxa.
Thor rules in the hall Bilskirnir, his palace in the realm of Thrudheim, and he proudly carries his hammer Mjölnir. The "Thor's hammer" was once forged by the dwarves Sindri and Brokk.
Thor draws his strength from his belt Megingjörd and his iron gloves Járngreipr.
Just as today, the Thor's hammer was worn by pagan people for many centuries for protection against danger. The Thor's hammer is THE symbol of the pagan faith.
The back of the Thor's hammer is smooth, without any decorations.
