This whisky was lovingly crafted from various unmalted grains. Carefully double-distilled, the spirit is aged for at least two years in earthenware casks. This allows the spirit to develop and acquires a special smoothness. A four-year maturation period in untreated, toasted, and carefully selected Chardonnay and Pinot Gris casks gives this whisky its exceptional aromatic richness.

Colour: Thanks to the long aging in various oak barrels, this Black Forest whisky develops its noble amber hue!

Taste: A balanced oak aroma; the nose initially reveals light toasty notes and vanilla with fruit, then develops a subtle roasted aroma. Silky smooth yet powerful and intense, the Höllberg Black Forest Whisky presents itself. A brilliant harmony on the palate that lingers and finishes beautifully.
