This whisky has been lovingly produced from various unmalted grains. Carefully double-distilled, the grain spirit is stored in earthenware for at least 2 years. This allows the spirit to develop and gives it a special mildness. The four-year maturation period in both untreated and toasted, as well as carefully selected Chardonnay and Pinot Gris casks, gives this whisky its exceptional richness of aroma.
Color: Due to the long storage in various oak casks, this Black Forest whisky develops its noble amber glow!
Taste: Balanced oak aroma; the nose initially reveals light toasted aromas and vanilla with fruit, then develops subtle roasted notes. The Höllberg Black Forest whisky presents itself as silky smooth with power and intensity. A brilliant harmony on the palate that is long-lasting and resonant.
