Viking sword, 10th century
Show combat sword forged from AISI 1090 carbon steel. The blade extends through to the end of the handle and is then riveted. Steel crossguard and pommel, wooden handle wrapped in leather. Striking edge 2.5 mm, rounded safety tip. Wooden scabbard with metal fittings. Those who wish can decorate it individually, e.g., with runes or a leather wrapping.
