"Toadstool" nutcracker, beech wood

Very decorative nutcracker made of beech wood, colorfully painted as a "fly agaric / symbol of good luck"...
Cracking hazelnuts and walnuts becomes child's play with this, for adults and children (suitable for hazelnuts, walnuts, among others).

The nut no longer slips away while being cracked, and the shell fragments do not fly everywhere, because the nut is cracked in a controlled manner by the coarse screw thread.

Among the Germanic peoples, the fly agaric was associated with the god of ecstasy, "Wotan."
According to old legends and myths, fly agarics grew wherever foam and saliva dripped from the mouth of Wotan's horse, "Sleipnir," onto the earth when he rode across Midgard during the Wild Hunt at the winter solstice. The fly agaric is also said to have been significantly responsible for the infamous outbursts of rage of the berserkers, who fell into unbridled fury in the heat of battle.
  • Size: approx. 10 x 6.5 cm

Nordwelt recommendation! A great gift idea - not just for the Yule festival.

Macadamia nuts are considered the hardest nuts in the world and CANNOT be cracked with this nutcracker.

Suitable for children aged 3 and up!

The photos show the nutcracker from 2 sides (front and back).
Price per piece - decoration shown not included!
