This whisky was lovingly produced from various unmalted grains. Carefully double distilled, the grain spirit is aged for at least 2 years in stoneware. This allows the spirit to develop and gives it a special mildness. The four-year maturation period, in untreated as well as toasted and carefully selected Chardonnay and Pinot Gris barrels, gives this whisky its special richness of aroma.
Colour: Through long storage in various oak barrels, this Black Forest whisky develops its noble amber glow!
Taste: Balanced oak aroma, the nose initially shows light toast aromas as well as vanilla with fruit and then develops a subtle roasted aroma. Silky smooth with power and intensity, the Höllberg Black Forest Whisky presents itself. A brilliant harmony on the palate that lingers long and resonates.
